Teamwork

I have always been an advocate of TEAMWORK over my entire life. This concept is a vital foundation of what I try to accomplish daily. My mother instilled this value in my mindset from day one and this was reinforced by several athletic coaches and various business mentors over my career. I continue to push this concept when coaching girls in softball and employees in the various business groups I touch daily. Teamwork is a foundation of success and without it you do not reach the successful outcome.

During our integration process of the Creative Composites Group (CCG), teamwork was the foundation that allowed CCG to develop it to its current state. We have a lot more to accomplish with the CCG, but the overall success is starting to take off and we will continue to realize great things. One of the great college football coaches had two quotes over his years that stated teamwork the best:

• “When a team outgrows individual performance and learns team confidence, excellence becomes a reality.”
• “It’s the name on the front of the jersey that matters most, not the one on the back.”

Our CCG Team exemplified these quotes the best during the development of the CCG concept to bring five companies under one group and set the foundation that will allow us to bring future companies under this group structure. The team worked together putting company differences aside and sharing work between these previous competitors for the best of the new CCG. Each group company made sacrifices of long-standing company names and logos to promote the Creative Composites Group for the good of the overall group.

In closing, my favorite coach stated, “Believe deep down in your heart that you're destined to do great things.” Those team members that believed in the CCG and stuck with this concept will benefit overall and will take the CCG to new horizons within the Composite Industry to achieve success. TOGETHER as one group, we are destined to do great things under the CCG. I want to thank each employee that believed and those that were directly involved to bring us where we are today with the CCG by showing the true value of TEAMWORK!

I would like to wish everyone a Happy Easter and we are thankful for the blessings that have been bestowed upon our Creative Composite Group the past year during these challenging times. It is because of the support of our various business partners that have allowed us to achieve such success during such times.
