    COMPOSITE TELECOMMUNICATIONS POLES

    FRP Telecom & Data Poles

CCG manufactures telecommunications poles with added features including hand holes and adaptors for National Electrical Manufacturer Association (NEMA) standard electrical boxes. Unlike aluminum, steel or concrete telecommunications poles, the fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) telecom poles will not rust, spall or corrode. Composite telecom and data poles are ideal for coastal regions that are storm-prone and areas like the Midwest and Northeast that are exposed to deicing salts.

StormStrong® telecommunications poles are engineered to withstand extreme weather while elevating the architectural beauty of any municipality. Our pultruded telecommunications poles feature high reliability when compared to other telecom poles. The National Electric Safety Code (NESC 2012) recognizes FRP composite poles as having the same reliability as steel poles.

    COMPOSITE WIRELESS DATA POLES

StormStrong data poles are environmentally safe and will not leach any chemicals into the environment. The data poles have inherent fire-retardant attributes and are considered self-extinguishing per ASTM D635 with a flammability classification of (V0) per UL94. The direct burial data and wireless telecom poles can be backfilled with concrete, pole-set foam, soil or gravel. If you need a surface mounted pole, CCG offers surface mounted options that align with the Surface-mounted National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) approved. Break-away and standard bases are available upon request.

ARCHITECTURALLY BEAUTIFUL COMPOSITE TELECOM POLES WITH SHIELDSTRONG UV PROTECTION

The exterior has been protected from UV degradation and fiber blooming with the inclusion of ShieldStrong UV coating that cures the coating during the molding process, plus an engineered polyester veil that encapsulates the fiberglass fibers. The poles are available in multiple colors including, brown-gray, light gray and brown. Custom colors are available upon request. Minimum quantities and color match charges apply to custom color orders.

Creative's FRP poles have worked well for our Wireless Small Cell customers. The quality and attributes of CCG's round and octagonal composite poles, has provided us with the foundation we required to create the type of small cell infrastructure needed to handle extreme conditions, such as Hurricane Irma in Big Pine Keys.
