    Fiberglass Walkable Launder Covers

    ENDURO® WALKABLE FRP LAUNDER COVERS

    For over 25 years, Enduro has led the fiberglass industry with new innovations, including the first walkable launder cover. This design uses the XL3 fiberglass tank cover (a customized, hinged, flat sheet) supported by W6 flanged tube beams and including TreadMax® non-skid surface as a standard feature.

    • Increased Structural Performance – the XL3 cover panel has less deflection at longer spans than standard lay up launder cover designs
    • Optimized Support System – using our 6”-wide flanged beams mounted directly on top of the inner weir wall, these walkable algae control launder covers provide a more robust design while eliminating additional clip angle connections
    • TreadMax® Non-Skid Surface – TreadMax is the industry’s first integrally manufactured, multi-directional, non-skid FRP surface technology. It exceeds performance requirements per DCOF and pendulum tests without the use of applied coating or tape
    • Greater Operator Access and Visibility – the XL3 walkable launder cover design enables larger hatches without structural compromise, allowing maximum access and visibility into the effluent launder
